The spring mechanism in this clearing trolley enables the trays to be retracted at the same height at all times. Moreover, the contents of the tray are hidden from view. The starting point for this project was that the design of the trolley should fit into the interior of the restaurant. The trolley is made partly of stainless steel and partly of aluminium, with a black powder coating on the outside and bespoke signage.
This solution was developed for hotel chain CitizenM, which means that customers can now slide the trays into the trolley at a convenient height.
