The trolley serves as buffer storage in a LEAN environment, where small buckets of mayonnaise are filled. Previously, the pails were stacked on a pallet on the ground and were therefore physically strenuous for the employees to handle. The trolley has made the work lighter and more enjoyable.
This solution was created for the production department of a large Belgian retail company. Three stacks of lightweight plastic buckets can now be stacked on the trolley.
