The guide rods for the incounter dispensers are made in series of 450 pieces at the factory. The production employee in the factory places a rounded rod on the cart. When the cart is fully loaded, the rods are secured and ready for transport. The cart is easy to move with the forklift truck, either to a stock location or to the assembly area of the factory.
The rods can then be used immediately from this trolley, and employees can work quickly and easily with it. Such a trolley also contributes to the realisation of a LEAN work process.
