This flange trolley was conceived together with the supplier of the flanges, Phoenix 3D Metaal from Eindhoven. When the flanges are ready at Phoenix, they are immediately hung up from the rubber pressmachine onto the mobile rack. Once the entire series has been produced, it is sealed and made ready for transport. The flange trolley is loaded in and out of the lorry using the forklift truck. The stock of flanges is ready to be taken into production, at the desired location in the factory.
This tool fits well in a LEAN working environment, efficiency is increased by avoiding unpacking on site and by ease of internal transport.
